Hi, I'm Inka
I grew up with health issues, anxiety, stress, and a persistent fear of burnout. I went from doctor to doctor, only to discover how fragmented and surface-level traditional healthcare is and how little support there is for sustainable mental health. I was frustrated to the system. Tell me if you relate.
I knew there had to be a better way—not just for me but for all of us.
So I turned to the science of integrative wellness to find a long-lasting approach to mental wellness and nervous system stability.
Here's what I did.
I studied an MSc in neuropsychology, and BSc in psychology, medicine, and sports science.
I worked in neuropsychological rehabilitation and assessment, and got certification in positive psychology, nutrigenomics, CBT, and functional testing to have a deep understanding on how the brain and mind works.
I started biohacking and self-measuring health and diving deep into the science of everyday mental health strategies, utilizing specific nutritional-, exercise-, and meditative strategies tha directly target the mind's needs.
I also lived in an Indian ashram for one month to study yoga, and started every day with 60 minutes of meditation learning the most effective techniques for mind control.
And here's what happened.
It worked. I discovered that mental wellness requires mental wellness targeted lifestyle and self-knowledge through data.
It's not just about "health hacks" or therapy. Is optimizing the system within your body and mind that fuels your mental balance, brain energy, and focus.
This approach transformed my stress and anxiety into balanced nervous system and predictable mental health, which is even evident in my brain scans.
It has also empowered thousands of my clients and community members to step into control of their mental health and wellbeing–from aspiring entrepreneurs and working mothers to nine figure business owners.
I decided to start sharing the science and strategy of mental wellnes through Youtube (7,000+), Instagram (130,000+), books, TEDx talk, and now this free online training so that people wouldn't have to feel what I did when I was younger.
